Jen Stowe is a thought leader in the field of psychology and has two Masters Degrees in Psychotherapy and Recreation/Experiential Education. In addition she has advanced training in EMDR, Post Induction Therapy (Relational Trauma), Experiential Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Relational Life Therapy. Jen practices an integrative approach utilizing the brain’s innate capacity to heal.  This empowering approach increases and strengthens positive, growth inspiring beliefs & behaviors.
